Seller Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 1 April 2025

These Seller Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Jynara Logistic Private Limited, the operator of RetailRiver.in, and sellers registered on our platform. By registering as a seller, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

1. Eligibility and Registration

  • To become a seller, you must be a legally registered business in India.
  • You must provide accurate information including PAN, GSTIN, bank details, and other KYC documents.
  • Jynara Logistic Private Limited reserves the right to approve or reject any seller registration at its sole discretion.

2. Product Listing Guidelines

  • Only fashion-related products (clothing, footwear, accessories, etc.) may be listed on RetailRiver.in.
  • Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, size charts, images, and specifications.
  • Misrepresentation or fake listings may result in delisting or permanent removal from the platform.

3. Order Fulfillment

  • Sellers are responsible for timely processing, packing, and dispatching orders.
  • All orders must be shipped within the TAT (Turnaround Time) agreed upon during onboarding.
  • In the case of self-ship, tracking details must be updated promptly.

4. Returns and Cancellations

  • Sellers must honor the platform’s return, replacement, and refund policies.
  • Any returned items must be inspected upon receipt, and disputes must be raised within 48 hours if the item is returned damaged or used.

5. Commission and Charges

  • A fixed commission will be deducted from every successful transaction as per the agreed terms.
  • Additional charges may include shipping fees, promotional fees, and taxes.
  • Detailed invoices and payout statements will be provided regularly.

6. Compliance and Prohibited Listings

  • Sellers must comply with all applicable laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and eCommerce guidelines by the Government of India.
  • Prohibited items (counterfeit, illegal, or banned goods) are strictly disallowed.
  • Violations may result in penalties, legal action, or termination of your seller account.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to use brand names, logos, and product images listed on RetailRiver.in.
  • IP infringements reported by rights holders will be taken seriously and may lead to suspension.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the seller agreement with 7 days’ notice.
  • Jynara Logistic Private Limited reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate a seller account in case of fraud, repeated customer complaints, or breach of policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Jynara Logistic Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses suffered by sellers, including but not limited to loss of profits or reputation.

10. Modifications to Terms

  • We may update these terms at any time. Sellers will be informed of significant changes via email or dashboard notifications.
