Seller Registration Policy

This policy outlines the procedures, eligibility, and terms for seller registration on RetailRiver.in, an online fashion marketplace operated by Jynara Logistic Private Limited. By registering, sellers agree to comply with all platform guidelines and applicable laws.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for registration, a seller must:

  • Be a legally registered business entity in India (Proprietorship, Partnership, LLP, or Private Limited)
  • Hold a valid GST Registration
  • Operate in the fashion category (clothing, accessories, footwear, etc.)
  • Provide a valid PAN Card, Bank Account, and Proof of Business Address
  • Ensure they can fulfill and ship orders across India

2. Registration Process

The seller registration involves the following steps:

  1. Online Application: Fill out the registration form on RetailRiver.in with business and contact details.
  2. Document Submission: Upload all required documents as listed in the Seller Documentation Policy.
  3. Verification: Our onboarding team will verify the documents and contact the seller for any clarifications.
  4. Account Activation: Upon successful verification, the seller will receive login credentials to access the seller dashboard.

3. Approval Timeline

  • The standard review and verification process takes 2–3 business days.
  • Delays may occur if documents are incomplete, mismatched, or non-compliant with the platform’s guidelines.

4. Seller Categories

Sellers may register under any of the following categories:

  • Manufacturer
  • Wholesaler
  • Retailer
  • Brand Owner (must provide Trademark Certificate)

Each category may have specific documentation or compliance requirements, especially in the case of branded listings.

5. Terms of Operation

  • Sellers must comply with RetailRiver’s policies related to listings, returns, payments, and customer communication.
  • Account activity is regularly monitored for performance and adherence to standards.
  • Any fraudulent, misleading, or unethical practices may lead to suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

6. Rejection of Registration

Jynara Logistic Private Limited reserves the right to reject any seller application if:

  • Submitted documents are falsified or unverifiable
  • The product range is not aligned with fashion-related categories
  • The applicant has a prior history of non-compliance on other platforms
  • The business fails to meet minimum quality and service expectations

7. Modifications to Registration Information

Sellers may request changes to their registered business name, GSTIN, or bank details by emailing documentation to jynaralogistic@gmail.com with appropriate proofs.
