1. Returns Policy

We accept returns for most products within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made in the shipment. In such cases, RetailRiver.in will bear the return shipping costs.

2. Exclusions from Returns

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Intimate or hygienic products, including undergarments, swimwear, and earrings, unless unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Products on sale or clearance, unless defective.
  • Gift cards and downloadable content.

3. Warranty Policy

We offer a warranty on select products sold through RetailRiver.in. Warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer’s terms and the type of product.

  • Warranty Period: The standard warranty period for products is 6 months from the date of delivery unless otherwise specified.
  • Coverage: Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
  • Warranty Claims: If you believe your product is defective, please contact customer support within the warranty period. You will need to provide proof of purchase, images or videos of the defect, and your order number.
  • Repair/Replacement: If a product is found to be defective, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and the product’s warranty terms.
  • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund based on the following:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, where an item is not returned in its original condition, or if only part of an order is returned, a partial refund may be issued.
  • Non-Refundable Items: As noted earlier, some products are non-refundable, including sale items, personalized items, and certain hygiene-related products.

5. Exchange Policy

If you would prefer an exchange instead of a return, please contact us to check if an exchange is possible. Exchanges are typically allowed within 30 days of receipt and depend on product availability. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs involved in exchanges.


6. Process for Returns and Warranty Claims

  • Step 4: Completion: You will be notified once your return, exchange, or warranty claim is processed and the resolution is complete.
