Refund and Cancellation Policy

At RetailRiver.in, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the process and conditions under which orders may be cancelled and refunds may be requested.


1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it for a full refund. To cancel an order, contact our customer support at info@retailriver.in or jynaralogistic@gmail.com, or call 9211243481. Please provide your order number, and our team will process the cancellation.
  • After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, you will need to follow the Returns Policy to initiate a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • Cancellation by Us: RetailRiver.in reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, product unavailability, or pricing errors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

2. Refund Process

Once your cancellation or return request is approved, a refund will be issued according to the following:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition or if part of the order is returned, a partial refund may be issued.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, including sale products, personalized goods, and hygiene-related items, are non-refundable. This will be communicated clearly before purchase.
  • Refund for Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will provide a full refund or a replacement, as per the situation.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, you must contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide the following details:

  • Order number
  • Product name(s) being returned
  • Reason for return or refund request
  • Any supporting images or documentation (if applicable)

Once we receive your request, we will verify the information and begin processing the refund or provide instructions for returning the product.


4. Cancellation of Subscriptions/Recurring Orders

If you have subscribed to any service or recurring product orders (such as a monthly subscription box), you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for that cycle. 5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the standard processing time:

  • Step 1: Check with your payment provider or bank, as there may be delays in processing refunds.

6. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale and Clearance Items: Products marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Hygiene Products: Items such as underwear, swimwear, earrings, and other hygiene-related products are non-returnable, unless unopened and in original packaging.

7. Data Retention Period

We retain all refund and cancellation-related information for a period of 30 days from the date of the refund or cancellation. After this period, the data is securely deleted from our systems.
