  • Shipping Methods: We offer multiple shipping options based on the destination, including standard and express shipping services. The shipping method chosen at checkout will determine the delivery time.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and the shipping method selected. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your order.
  • Free Shipping: From time to time, we may offer promotions that include free shipping. These promotions will be clearly marked on the website and during the checkout process.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of order processing.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days from the date of order processing.
  • Delivery Delays: Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as shipping method, destination, and third-party delivery carriers. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors.

4. Shipping Areas

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently offer shipping within India. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
  • Shipping Restrictions: Some remote areas may have limited shipping options or delays due to logistical challenges. We will notify you if your shipping address is in a restricted area and offer alternative solutions where possible.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s status on the shipping carrier’s website.
  • No Tracking Information: If you do not receive tracking information or cannot track your order, please contact our customer support team at info@retailriver.in or jynaralogistic@gmail.com, and we will assist you in locating your shipment.

6. Shipping Issues

  • Damaged or Missing Items: If your order is received in a damaged condition or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will initiate an investigation and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
  • Incorrect Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. If there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@retailriver.in to make the necessary corrections before the order is dispatched.

7. Returns and Exchanges
