User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions between the user (“you” or “User”) and Jynara Logistic Private Limited (“we”, “our”, “RetailRiver.in”) for the use of the platform www.retailriver.in. By accessing, browsing, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on or using RetailRiver.in, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that you agree to abide by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and other platform policies.

2. Account Registration

  • Users must register with valid and verifiable personal information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of Platform

  • You agree to use RetailRiver.in only for lawful purposes and fashion product transactions.
  • You must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our platform or systems.
  • Posting false, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content is strictly prohibited.

4. Product Listings and Purchases

  • We act as an intermediary between buyers and third-party sellers.
  • All products listed are the responsibility of the respective sellers.
  • We do not guarantee product quality, safety, legality, or delivery timelines, though we actively monitor seller behavior and listings.

5. Payments and Transactions

  • All payments are securely processed via our authorized payment partners.
  • You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
  • Orders may be cancelled or suspended in case of payment issues, suspected fraud, or violation of platform terms.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Users must refer to our specific Returns and Refund Policy.
  • Eligibility for returns/refunds depends on the seller’s listing and nature of the product.

7. Termination or Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account:

  • For violation of this Agreement or any platform policy.
  • If fraudulent or illegal activity is detected.
  • If we are required to do so by law or a legal authority.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, designs, and content on RetailRiver.in are owned by or licensed to Jynara Logistic Private Limited.
  • Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • RetailRiver.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.

11. Modifications to the Agreement

We may update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
